We're seeking an experienced architect to lead complex residential and commercial projects from concept through completion.
Join Illustra Group as a Senior Architect and play a key role in shaping our diverse portfolio of residential and commercial projects. You'll lead design development from initial concepts through construction documentation, working closely with clients and our collaborative team. This position offers the opportunity to work on innovative projects that blend contemporary design with thoughtful functionality, from luxury residential developments to boutique commercial spaces. You'll have significant creative input while ensuring projects meet our high standards for design excellence and technical precision.
Wesentliche Verantwortlichkeiten
- Lead architectural design from concept through construction documentation
- Manage client relationships and present design proposals
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and regulatory authorities
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to their development
- Ensure projects meet quality standards, budgets, and timelines
- Participate in design reviews and maintain project quality control
- Stay current with building codes, regulations, and industry best practices
- Contribute to business development and client acquisition efforts
Anforderungen
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
- Licensed architect in Romania or eligible for licensure
- 5+ years of professional architectural experience
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and 3D modeling software
- Strong portfolio demonstrating design skills and completed projects
- Excellent communication skills in Romanian and English
- Experience with Romanian building codes and construction practices
- Strong project management and leadership abilities
